Greg Pitts
At the age of 11 Greg's love of the game began by watching his dad & friends play at Rock Barn Golf & Spa in Conover, NC. He has been passionately active in the golf industry since 2001 and began as a young apprentice to Ted Brewer at Catawba Country Club in Hickory, NC. Greg moved to Wilmington, NC with his wife, Tara, and their son, Lukas in 2003 and earned the assistant professional position to Larry George at Echo Farms. It was in 2005, while working alongside Barry Walters at St. James, he discovered his passion for teaching golf. Greg achieved his Class A PGA Membership in 2011, and accepted the director of instruction position at Beau Rivage GC in Wilmington, NC. In his continuous ambition to improve his craft he has attended numerous national and local PGA teaching seminars & workshops. Greg's patient demeanor, coupled with his attention to detail and desire to help the individual, ensures a high level of coaching for everyone.
