Why are there golf camps only for kids?
Golf camps we believe should be for all skill levels and all ages! We can in fact learn and gain skill at any age!
WGGC are designed for the kid in us all as we learn and gain skill in the game through the lens of play! Yes! Games in all areas of golf from short game to long game and course management to our attitude on the course. Not many if any camps or schools have on course time actually playing golf. At Brian Jacobs Golf we know games that are skill specific and on course play are the best way to learn and grow. These are also the way to invigorate us and develop our love and passion for the game of golf for a lifetime.
WGGC are one-day camps, and the general structure of each camp is meeting as a group, having a focus area, gaming on that area with some encouragement and coaching, playing a game with at times some friendly competition for cash and prizes (just kidding), a break then right to the golf course to PLAY! (Yes, you play with the coach!). Play is followed up with a review of the day and a question-and-answer period.
Our adult camps have been known to be therapeutic and always FUN! These are not golf schools so be ready to move and have fun while you learn!

Brian Jacobs
Over the last 20 years, Brian Jacobs has worked to empower golfers of all ages to find greater enjoyment from the game he loves so much. His dedication and passion for the game are infectious and have earned him Class A PGA credentials and recognition from the PGA Foundation for helping grow the game of golf. Brian possess an MS Ed in addition to PGA Class A credentials and is a Lead Instructor for Golf Channel Academy. He is a frequent Coach of the Week for Golf Channel and got his training leading golf schools for ESPN Golf Schools. Brian has been awarded the Western New York PGA Teacher of the Year Award and the Horton Smith Award for excellence in teaching and education. Drawing from his unique experience as an accomplished player, caddie, PGA Professional, and golf instructor, Brian brings an invaluable "inside the ropes" perspective to his teaching. Whether you're looking for swing instruction, short game help, course management skills, learning how to manage yourself within a round of golf or preparing your youth golfer to play the game at a high level, Brian has the expertise to help you succeed.
