Aimpoint Express is the new age of green-reading being used by Professionals on every tour around the world. Aimpoint Express provides a sound routine to understand how the speed and slope of the green will impact the ball for every putt. This class will cover the fundamentals for short and long putts along with a complimentary putter evaluation for each student.

Know The Speed
By understanding the basic physics of putting and how speed has an effect on your putts, you will gain more confidence and be in a better position to capitalize on your opportunities: make more putts and lower your scores.

Better Decisions
The majority of strokes in golf are taken in and around the green. Knowing the slope and behavior of greens will allow you to make more confident decisions which will improve the aggressiveness of your play and lower your scores.

We have all stood over a 3-foot putt on the 18th green to win our match. Whether it is for the Masters or your friendly club game at home, AimPoint has been there. You will be able to identify the slope, where to aim, and drain those putts without fear.

If you have any questions about the class, please feel free to email Master Instructor Mike Dickson at or text 240-372-5644.

Mike Dickson is the new PGA Certified Master Instructor at Little Bennett Golf Course in Clarksburg, Maryland. Mike has been instructing golf for more than 20 years and studying under some of the best in the industry. Mike was the Head Instructor for 11 years at Congressional Country Club and is now the Master Instructor at MCG Golf Academy at Little Bennett Golf Course. Michael's philosophy is a coaching style that develops all the skills a golfer needs to be successful in playing golf including technique, course management, mental game, and purposeful practice. The traditional model of one-on-one technique-based lessons focuses on trying to perfect the golf swing and typically lacks attention on improving all the skills to become a great player. Mike was awarded the 2016 MAPGA Teacher of the Year for his efforts and dedication to growing the game. Mike was most recently recognized by Golf Range Association of America as one of the top 100 Growing the Game in America for 2020. Mike strives to share his knowledge with his students and his fellow PGA Professionals with the goal to continue growing the game and giving back to a game that has given him so much. Mike is originally from Northeast Ohio and graduated from the PGM program at Ferris State University in 2002. He moved to the Washington DC area in 2004 to begin working at Congressional Country Club. He currently lives in Frederick, Maryland with his wife Amber and their two boys Cole (7) and Owen (4). If he isnt busy cheering for the Ohio State Buckeyes, Mike can be found kayaking and spending time with his family.
